How to Change the Order of Topics in the Document

What you can do: Change Topic Order on Final Document

In order to change the topic order on the final document, you need to edit the merge fields from within the template. 

How: Step by step directions on how to do that:

1. Navigate to the "Templates" on the sidebar menu and select the template you wish to change the topic order in.





2. Click into the block with topic merge fields you want to reorder. Delete the topic merge field and insert it where you need it. Repeat it until you get the order you like. Save the changes. 

NOTE: Do not copy and paste the merge field. You must delete and re-add, otherwise, it will not work. 




3. Done! Now, topic headers in the final document will appear in the order you set.


Tips

  1. You can change the order of topics only on the template level.
  2. You cannot copy and paste merge fields to re-order.
