Connect Redtail Email
What you can do: Connect Redtail Email
If you are using Redatil CRM, you can connect your Redtail email to Pulse360 and send out documents from it.
How: Step by step directions on how to connect Redtail Email with Pulse360
1. Navigate to "Onboarding" > "Essential tasks" > "Connect to your email account" and press "Connect your email."
2. Among different email providers, select "See all providers" > "Custom IMAP settings."
3. Your email username will be your full email address. Your email password will be your password with Redtail.
4. Fill in the setting fields:
Incoming Email:
IMAP Server: imap.redtailtechnology.com
IMAP Ports: 993 (SSL)
POP Server: pop.redtailtechnology.com
POP Ports: 995 (SSL)
Outgoing Email:
SMTP Server: smtp.redtailtechnology.com
SMTP Ports: 465 (SSL)
5. Press "Log in."
6. Send a test message by clicking "Send Test Message" to ensure that your email has been successfully connected.
An email will be sent to the linked address. Verify it by checking your inbox and your sent folder.
Tips
- All emails you send from Pulse360 will sit in your email Sent Folder.
