Custom Event Types in Redtail

What you can do: Select Event Types to Sync

In Redtail, there are standard and custom types of activities. You are able to select what types of events you want to see in Pulse360, that way they appear as appointments/events in Pulse360 and allow you to add notes. 

How: Step by step directions on how to select types of events:

1. Navigate to "Settings" > "Integrations" > "Activity."



2. Select the event types you want to see in Pulse360. Press "Save and Reload." Pulse360 will refresh and these new event types will now be shown.




3. If you navigate to a client, the event type will be next to the date of the event in the dropdown list. This can be seen on the top right after selecting a contact and an action.



Tips

  1. You can select what event types you want to see in Pulse360.
  2. You can change the event type in Redtail, and it will be automatically changed in Pulse360. 
  3. When you add a new event type in Redtail, if you want to see it in Pulse360, check its box in Settings. 
  4. To hide event types, uncheck their boxes in Settings.
