How to Delete/Disable a User

What you can do: Disable Users

In Pulse360, you cannot "delete" a user. Instead, you can mark that as "disabled" or deactivate the user and remove their access to the Workspace. 


How: Step by step directions on how to do that:

1. Navigate to "Settings" > "Users." 




2. Select the user you wish to disable and press the "Disable User" button.



3. This will remove the user's access to Pulse360. Email support@pulse360.com to have this reflected on your next billing statement. 


Tips

  1. Alternatively, you can reach out to us at support@pulse360.com to remove users.
  2. Disabling a user will remove their access to the workspace
  3. To reactivate a disabled user, email support@pulse360.com
