How to Delete/Disable a User
What you can do: Disable Users
In Pulse360, you cannot "delete" a user. Instead, you can mark that as "disabled" or deactivate the user and remove their access to the Workspace.
How: Step by step directions on how to do that:
1. Navigate to "Settings" > "Users."
2. Select the user you wish to disable and press the "Disable User" button.
3. This will remove the user's access to Pulse360. Email email@example.com to have this reflected on your next billing statement.
