Syncing With Pulse360: Overview

Syncing Client Information from CRM

Your clients' information is automatically pulled from your CRM to Pulse360. If changes need to be made to a contact, edit it within your CRM and it will automatically be reflected in Pulse360.

The greetings in Pulse360 are also pulled from your CRM, but you can create a new salutation by pressing the gear icon, "Options" then "Select Greeting" when editing a document.

Syncing Notes to CRM

Notes from the Quick Notes sync over to your CRM every 2 hours.

Notes added to upcoming events will sync to your CRM at the event start time. If you tag meeting notes as Agenda and Client To-Do, they will sync into the event description.

Notes added after the event is completed will sync to your CRM in 2 hours, regardless of Agenda/Summary/Client To-Do tags.

You can take In-Meeting Notes, which opens a free-form text page. At the bottom of the page, you can choose to sync it to your CRM (instantly) or save or process it with Note Genius in Pulse360.

Note: images will not sync over to CRM.

You can also add Handwritten Notes to your contact. In your CRM, this will appear as a link to Pulse360 that opens the document.

Syncing Events, Workflows, and Tasks to CRM

Events sync both from your CRM to Pulse360 and vice versa. It may take up to 10 minutes to see updates. Please refresh your page after this time has passed.

From within Pulse360, you can also trigger workflows and create tasks. They will sync to CRM in about 3 minutes' time. Any edits made in your CRM or Pulse360 will automatically sync.

Note: Pulse360 will sync workflow templates and task categories from your CRM, and they will be selectable when creating tasks/workflows in Pulse360. In the picture below, you can see an example of workflow templates in Pulse360 and Wealthbox.
