How to Assign Users to a Task

How to Assign Users to a Task

How: Configure Users

To assign tasks to your team members, you need to configure Pulse360 and link them to your CRM users. If you want to assign a task to a user, they must exist in both Pulse360 and your CRM. You can add new users here: How to Add a New User.

How: Step by Step Directions

1. On the sidebar menu, navigate to “Settings” > “Integrations” > Select your CRM > “Tasks.”

2. Match Pulse360 users (left) with CRM users (dropdown on right). You can only match 1 on 1. You are now set up to assign tasks!
