What you can do: Text Formatting
1. Create a new note. At the bottom of the text field, you will find the formatting tools.
2. To format the text, highlight it and select the option you need. In this case, it's Bold and Underline.
3. You can find more text formatting options by clicking on the three dots icon next to Underline.
4. To undo all the formatting, highlight the text and apply "Clear Formatting."
5. If you want to create a list, select one of the options: Ordered (Number) or Unordered (Bulleted). You can also change the look of list numbers/bullets.
6. To change text alignment, place the cursor in the middle of the paragraph and select the Alignment.
7. To insert a link, highlight the text and click on the "Insert Link" button. Paste the link and click "Insert."
8. To add an image onto the note, click on the "Insert Image" button, select the image, and press "Insert." You can also change the size and other image settings by clicking on it.
9. You can find more text formatting options by clicking on the Menu button next to "Insert Image."
10. To insert a table, open the three dot icon next to "Insert Image", select "Insert Table" and set the size of the table.
11. Save the note after formatting.
1. To change the formatting of the existing note in the Workspace, click on the text and apply the formatting. Press "Save." All changes will be reflected on the document preview as well.
1. To change the formatting of the note in the Library, click on the blue pencil icon on the right side of the note and apply the formatting. Press "Save." All changes will be saved for future use.
NOTE: This does not effect existing notes on your contacts.
Tips
- You can format text and paragraphs, insert tables and images, add links.
- When you change the formatting of the existing note, the changes will reflect on the Document Preview.
- You can format notes in the Library and the changes will be saved for future use.
