How to Manage Households From Wealthbox

Households are synced from Wealthbox into Pulse360.  Events, Notes, and Automations will sync between Wealthbox and Pulse360.

When selecting a contact, the icon on the left will let you know if the contact is a Contact, Household, Trust, Company, Lead, or Other. 




Events

When you add a meeting under a household record in Wealthbox, it will sync to Pulse360 as household event.

When you add a meeting under a household contact in Pulse360, it will sync to Wealthbox under the household. It will then add the event under each member of the household in Wealthbox as well.




Notes

When you add notes to a household in Pulse360, they will sync into household record, as well as each member of that household in Wealthbox.

If you create notes in an individual contact who is a member of the household, it will sync to that specific contact as well as the household in Wealthbox. Notes will not transfer to the second contact in the household.




Automations

When you create tasks or workflows under a household in Pulse360, they will sync into the household record as well as each member of that household in Wealthbox.

If you create tasks or workflows in an individual contact, they will sync to that specific contact as well as the household in WealthboxTasks and workflows will not transfer to the second contact in the household.

Email

Pulse360 does not sync the household's email if it is the same as another household member's email. Upon sending the email, you will need to manually type the recipient's email address. If the household email is different, it will sync.
