What you can do: Keep Track of Your Practice/Meetings
In 360 View, you can keep the track of the events you have scheduled, notes you've added to contacts, and recent documents sent to your clients.

Events
The events in the future are colored green, and the events in the past are colored blue.
Notes
By pressing the filter icons, you can see which contacts you have prepared an agenda or summary for. This way, you will know who you still need to work on.
By clicking on the "Eye" icon, you can instantly view the notes you have added to that contact.
Documents/Emails
In 360 View, you are able to view your most recently created document. Under "Agenda Sent" or "Summary Sent," click the icon and view the documents you sent, downloaded, or printed.
Notify Your Team Member
The "Notify" button in the top-right corner allows you to notify your teammatesthat their input is needed on the client. This will send an email to the selected team members, not notify them within Pulse360.
Apply Collection
The "Apply Collection" button allows you to add a collection to selected contacts in the 360view.
