How to Search Note in the Library
What you can do: Search and Filter Notes
In Pulse360, you can build an extensive Notes Library. Every note can be easily searched.
How: Step by step directions on how to search notes in the Notes Library:
1. In your workspace with a contact selected, press "Add Notes from Library" to enter the Notes Library. At the top, there are 2 search boxes: Search by text and filter.
2. The left box allows you to search by text. It will pull out all notes that contain the typed word(s).
3. The right filter box allows you to search by Topic and/or Tag. A dropdown will appear when you select the box and will show your existing topics and tags.
Tips
- You can combine several filter options together for more detailed search.
