What you can do: Keep Track of Actions
Note Statuses can help you keep an eye on the state of your items. This is independent from the sync time for your notes.
You can change the status by clicking on it on the top right of the note.
If the note has a task attached, changing its status to "Complete" will complete the task in your CRM.
Vice versa, when you mark a task in CRM as completed, the note status will change to "Complete."
Tips
- Statuses don't affect the time of note sync.
- If the note has a task attached, changing it's status to "Complete" will complete the task in your CRM, and vice versa.
