Can I add contacts/prospects in Pulse360?

If you have a CRM connected, Pulse360 will pull in contacts/prospects from there.

Where do you update a contact? Where do you add a contact? What about duplicates? Because of these problems, Pulse360 has a one-way sync from your connected CRM. 

Therefore, if you need to add a new contact/prospect or update contact information, please update/create the contact in your CRM and Pulse360 will pick up the changes in 10-15 minutes.
