Changing Email Password

If you have changed your email password, Pulse360 will require you to re-connect your email. 

How to reconnect email in Pulse360: Step by step directions:

1. Navigate to the Onboarding page > Essential Tasks > Email Connection.




2. Click the "Revoke Access" button and confirm. 




3. Reauthenticate with your email provider and send test message to check. The test email should be both in your Inbox and Sent folders.
