How to Use Rephrase AI to Write Notes

What you can do: Rewrite your notes in more concise and non-technical manner

Rephrase AI can help you to shorten long paragraphs, or if you want to write shorthand, AI can have it expanded on what you really mean. Tend to use a lot of technical language? Rephrase AI can make your writing more understandable for clients.

How: Step by step directions on how to use Rephrase AI

1. Select a contact and a meeting, and add a note on the Workspace.

2. On the note, click the "Actions" button and select "Rephrase" option.



3. In the new modal, select the type of rephrase and hit "Run."
If you want to shorten a long paragraph, chose "Make it short" option.
If you want to expand a short paragraph or make it non-technical, chose "Make it non-technical" option.



4. Remember, this is AI and it may not always give you the right version. In such case, just re-run the rephrase.

5. If you are happy with the result, you can copy the rephrased text, paste it in the note as plain text and continue with editing as you see fit.



OR you can replace the original note with the rephrase.


Tips

  1. Since this is AI, it will be learning and may not always come up with an appropriate response. 
  2. Not available on Starter Plan. 
  3. This will be available for free until the end of the year. Since this is AI and it uses powerful computers, every iteration run ends up costing few cents. We will introduce pricing to account for the cost of every iteration you run.
