How to Use AI Writer to Compose Notes

What you can do: Write, rewrite and edit your notes

AI Writer is an updated version of our previous Rephrase AI. It can help you shorten long paragraphs, explain technical language, and even elaborate on your thoughts.

How: Step-by-step directions on how to use AI Writer

1. Select a contact and a meeting, and add a note on the Workspace.

2. On the note, click the "Actions" button and select "AI Writer."



3. In the new window, select from 3 types of AI and hit "Run."
  1. The "Automatic text creation" option will develop your idea and expand a short paragraph.
  2. If you want to shorten a long paragraph, choose the "Make it short" option.
  3. If you need to make your note easier to understand, choose the "Make it non-technical" option.



4. Remember, this is AI and may not always give you the correct version. In such a case, just re-run the AI Writer.

5. If you are happy with the result, you can copy the text, paste it into the note as plain text and continue with editing as you see fit.



OR you can replace the original note with AI Writer generated text.



Tips

  1. Not available on Starter Plan. 
  2. Since this is AI, it will be learning and may not always come up with an appropriate response. 
  3. This will be available for free until March 31, 2023. Since this is AI and it uses powerful computers, every iteration run ends up costing few cents. We will introduce pricing to account for the cost of every iteration you run.
