If you are using a Redtail or Wealthbox to track this - kudos to you. However, during file prep, this is one more area for you to remember to check. Having it in one place with your other notes makes more sense.
The details can be in the Redtail or Wealthbox since they do a great job of tracking that. However, having a note as a "tickler" for you will ensure it is never forgotten. As they say, out of sight out of mind - no more.
