How to Add PreciseFP Links
What you can do: Create Links to PreciseFP Forms
If you need to send a data gathering form to your client, by integrating Pulse360 with PreciseFP, you can send the link directly from Pulse360.
This article will go over how to send PreciseFP in Pulse360. If you need to connect PreviseFP to Pulse360, please click here.
How: Step by step directions on how to add PreciseFP links:
1. When creating a new note, click the PreciseFP button in the formatting options below.
2. A pop-up box will appear. Select the contact and template you want to generate a link for. Choose a reminder and "Thank You" email settings.
Press "Create Link."
3. Copy the generated link and paste it into the note.
OR
Highlight part of the text and select the link icon to embed the link.
5. Add the note to the client's record. It will appear in the document preview on the right if the topic is included in the selected template. Press "Send Email."
