How to Send Out a "Client To-Do" Email

What you can do: Send out Client to-do's quickly and easily

Sometimes you may require some actions from your clients. You can easily create an email or document with the client to-do items in Pulse360. 

In order to send a Client to-do, you must have created client merge fields in your template. See how to do that here: How to Create a "Client To-Do" Template

How: Step by step directions:

1. Navigate to the Workspace, select your client and pick an action.

2. Add notes to the record. You can create new notes or add them from Notes Library.

3. Select the "Agenda" or "Summary" flags next to each note depending on the type of document you want to send. Also, select the "Client To-do" tag next to each note that requires some action from the client.

















Notes tagged as "Client To-do" will only show up in the Client to-do part of your document.


5. Go ahead and create the document using a "Client To-Do" template. Here is an example of how it might look:
