You can add multiple Collections to multiple contacts in a few seconds. In order to do so, you need to have collections in your Library. Here you can find how to manage collections.

How: Step by step directions on how to do that:
1. Navigate to 360View and select all the contacts you want to add the collection to.
2. Press the "Apply Collection" button on the top right corner of the page.
3. Your existing collections will appear on the screen. Select the collection you want to apply to the selected contact and press "Add All."
4. Alternatively, if you do not want to apply all notes in the collection, you can click into the collection and select the notes you wish to add. You can apply more than one collection.
5. The notes will appear in contacts' records in 360View. By clicking into the events, it will open the Workspace where you can personalize the notes or add any additional information to that event.
