How to Change or Cancel Events

How to Change or Cancel Events

How: Change Event

Since CRMs have an extensive event management feature, we expect you to manage your events from within your CRM. Rescheduling or changing events is best handled from your CRM.

1. Navigate to your CRM and select the event you want to change (in our examples, we will be using Redtail).

2. Apply and save the changes.

3. Pulse360 will automatically sync those changes over, refresh the page to see the updates. And all notes related to that event will be saved.

How: Delete Event

Pulse360 does not currently have a built-in event deletion feature. You can delete the event in CRM, but the event will stay in Pulse360 with all related notes inside.

If you need to delete events from Pulse360, please delete them in your CRM first, then reach out to as at support@pulse360.com, and we will delete the events on our side.
