What you can do:  Change Notes Order on Final Document

In order to change the order of the notes on the final document within one topic, you need to reorder the notes on the Workspace. If you want to change the order the topics appear on the document, it must be changed on the template. How: Step by step directions on how to do that:

1. Hover over the note until your cursor turns into a "Hand." Grab the note and drag it to where you want it to be.

2. This method only changes the order of the notes within one Topic.
